jjwan Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules & Player Agreement

1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player" or "you") and jjwan ("the Platform", "we", "us" or "our") in respect of your use of the jjwan website located at jjwan.onl and any associated mobile applications or services.

Access to and use of jjwan is conditional on your full acceptance of these Terms. Your acceptance is confirmed at the point of account registration and is re-affirmed each time you access the platform thereafter. These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and jjwan.

These Terms are written in English and the English version shall be the governing version in all cases. We may make these Terms available in other languages for convenience, but in the event of any inconsistency or dispute, the English text shall prevail.

2Eligibility

To register and use jjwan you must meet all of the following conditions at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. jjwan is strictly an adult entertainment platform and we take the minimum age requirement seriously.
• You must be accessing jjwan as an individual acting on your own behalf — not as a representative, agent or trustee for any other party.
• You must not be a current employee, director, contractor or close family member of an employee or director of jjwan or any associated company.
• You must have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be self-excluded from jjwan or any linked gaming platform at the time of registration or login.

jjwan reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation when requested may result in account suspension or closure. Any winnings accumulated during a period in which eligibility requirements were not met may be voided.

3Account Registration

To access the full features of jjwan, including making deposits, placing bets and claiming bonuses, you must register an account. Registration is free. You agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information during registration and to update your account details promptly if any information changes.

Single Account Policy

Each individual may only hold one active account on jjwan. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts belonging to the same person are identified, jjwan may merge, suspend or permanently close all accounts concerned, and any balances or pending withdrawals may be forfeited.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password and any security codes associated with your account. You should use a strong, unique password and must not share your login credentials with any third party. jjwan staff will never ask you for your password via email, live chat or any other channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact our support team immediately.

Account Verification (KYC)

jjwan may require you to complete identity verification at any point — at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or during routine compliance checks. Acceptable documents for verification include a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport or other government-issued identification. Proof of payment method ownership may also be requested. Delays in providing documents may result in temporary restrictions on your account.

4Deposits and Payment Methods

All transactions on jjwan are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We do not apply currency conversion to player accounts. Supported deposit methods currently include:

• JazzCash – mobile wallet, typically instant
• Easypaisa – mobile wallet, typically instant
• Raast – instant interbank transfer
• Bank Transfer – all major Pakistani banks
• Debit and Credit Cards – where supported
• Mobile Wallets – additional supported wallets as listed at checkout

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of deposit and may vary by payment method. Deposits are generally credited to your account immediately or within a few minutes of confirmation from the payment provider. jjwan does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges independently.

You must only use payment methods that are registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another player, or using payment methods belonging to a third party, is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and return of funds to the originating source.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be made at any time from your account dashboard, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal is processed.
• Any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds must be completed before bonus-derived balances can be withdrawn.
• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used, where applicable, for anti-fraud purposes.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed at the point of request.

jjwan aims to process withdrawal requests to JazzCash and Easypaisa within 2–4 hours of approval. Bank transfers and card withdrawals may take longer depending on your bank's processing times. jjwan is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banks once funds have been dispatched from our end.

We reserve the right to carry out additional verification checks before releasing a withdrawal if we have reasonable grounds for concern about account security or compliance. In such cases we will communicate the reason for the delay to you as promptly as possible.

6Bonuses and Promotions

jjwan offers a range of promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins on selected slots, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to cricket events such as the Pakistan Super League and T20 international fixtures. All bonuses are subject to individual promotion terms which are published on the Promotions page.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each offer is stated clearly in the promotion terms. Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, where stated) must be bet through before a withdrawal can be made. Not all games contribute equally to wagering — slots typically contribute 100% while certain other game types may contribute a lower percentage or not at all.

Bonus Abuse

jjwan monitors bonus usage to detect patterns consistent with abuse — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses repeatedly, the use of low-risk betting strategies to clear wagering requirements, and coordinated play between multiple accounts. Where bonus abuse is identified, jjwan reserves the right to void the bonus, remove associated winnings and close the account.

Promotion Validity

All bonuses and free spins have expiry dates. Unused bonus funds and free spins will be removed from your account once the validity period has passed. Expiry dates are stated in individual promotion terms. No extensions will be granted except at jjwan's sole discretion in exceptional circumstances.

7Sports Betting Rules

jjwan offers pre-match and in-play betting markets across a range of sports, with particular emphasis on cricket — including international Test matches, T20Is, ODI series, the Pakistan Super League (PSL) and other domestic tournaments. Football and esports markets are also available.

Bet Acceptance

All bets are subject to acceptance by jjwan. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any bet at our discretion, including on the basis of the stake amount, the odds requested, or the market involved. Bets are only confirmed once you receive an on-screen confirmation with a unique bet reference number.

Void Bets

A bet may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: an event being cancelled or postponed beyond the stated settlement window; a clear and manifest error in odds; the use of obviously incorrect information at the time the bet was placed; or where the integrity of the event is in question. Voided bets are returned to your account at the original stake amount.

In-Play Betting

In-play markets are subject to suspension and re-pricing during the course of a live event. Bets placed during a suspension period will not be accepted. Live odds change rapidly and jjwan cannot guarantee that the odds displayed on screen at any given moment reflect the odds at which a bet will ultimately be accepted — acceptance is confirmed only when you receive a bet reference.

Settlement

Bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body. For cricket, this includes results certified by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), the International Cricket Council (ICC) or the relevant tournament authority. jjwan's settlement decision is final.

8Slots and Other Games

The slots lobby on jjwan contains titles from multiple third-party game providers. Each slot title operates using a certified random number generator (RNG) and has a stated return-to-player (RTP) percentage which represents the theoretical long-run average payout. RTP information is available within individual game information panels where provided by the game supplier.

Bingo, fish games and other arcade-style titles available on jjwan are also governed by these Terms. Game-specific rules are accessible within each game's interface. In the event of a conflict between a game's displayed rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

Technical malfunctions or interruptions to a game session do not constitute grounds for a claim beyond the return of the stake for the affected round. jjwan is not liable for losses arising from internet connection failures, device issues or other circumstances outside our direct control.

9Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jjwan and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of balances:

• Registering more than one account on jjwan.
• Providing false, misleading or third-party identity information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or other tools to interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or system vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical fault will be voided.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting or any activity that undermines the integrity of a sporting event.
• Using jjwan in connection with any illegal activity, including money laundering or fraud.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape or reproduce any part of the jjwan platform.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing jjwan staff or other users via any support or communication channel.

10Account Suspension and Closure

jjwan reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion. Reasons may include — but are not limited to — a breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification, inactivity, or a request from the account holder themselves.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited if it is determined to have been derived from prohibited activity. Where closure is due to inactivity or at the player's own request and no breach has occurred, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via a suitable payment method.

If you wish to close your account voluntarily, you may do so by contacting our support team. Accounts closed for responsible gaming reasons — including self-exclusion — will not be reopened for a minimum period as stated in our Responsible Gaming policy.

11Responsible Gaming

13Limitation of Liability

jjwan makes no warranty that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. While we take reasonable steps to maintain service availability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability which cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

14Amendments to These Terms

jjwan reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of jjwan after any amendments have been communicated and published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must stop using jjwan and may request account closure.
